It depends on your hardware, the game, and the current state of your system. Real ranges for our packages: Classic 11 averages around +20-25%, CustomX +25-40%, and GamePro with hardware overclocking around +55%. On a cluttered system the gain is bigger; on one that is already clean and finely tuned it is smaller, and we will tell you which before we start. But the number is not the main thing: what matters more is that the frames stay smooth, with no stutters or 1% low dips.

Powerful hardware does not guarantee a smooth picture. The usual culprits are background programs, bad drivers, overheating and throttling, unnecessary Windows effects, and the wrong power plan. Sometimes the graphics card is held back not by its own power but by the processor or the memory. We find the bottleneck and remove exactly that, instead of treating symptoms at random.

Average FPS shows the big picture but does not convey the feel of smoothness. 1% low is the lowest frames, those rare dips that make the game jerk in a fight or during a sharp turn. That is what your eye reads as lag or no lag. You can have a high average FPS and still suffer from stutters. We raise not only the average but also pull up the lower bound.

Yes, and often the effect is most noticeable on weak hardware. When every percent of the processor counts, every background process we remove adds something. We free up resources, switch off the unnecessary, and squeeze the most out of what you have. We will not turn an office machine into a miracle, but playability really does improve, and before we start we will tell you honestly what to expect on your build.

The base setup does not reset on its own. On Classic 11 the settings are reversible, but over time Windows again gathers software and startup items, so part of the effect can slowly wear off. On CustomX the unnecessary components are physically removed, they have nowhere to come back from, and the system stays that way until the next reinstall. We explain what you should not touch.

Optimization is order in the system: remove the clutter, set up Windows, drivers, and games properly. Overclocking is making the hardware run above stock frequencies to squeeze out more performance. Yes. You can start with Classic 11 or CustomX and add overclocking later to reach GamePro. You pay the difference for the extra work, with no need to redo what is already done. Handy if you want to spread the budget over time. Just message us and we will continue from where we left off.

No. We work only with Windows settings, drivers, and game parameters; we do not touch game code or anti-cheat. Classic 11 is standard Windows 11 PRO with no kernel modifications, and every anti-cheat passes it: FACEIT, Vanguard, VAC, Easy Anti-Cheat. VAC bans for interfering with the game, and we do not do that. Your account is safe.

There is an important detail here. CustomX is a modified system, and FACEIT Anti-Cheat, Xbox Game Pass, and Vanguard (Valorant) will not run on it. That is not a ban; the protection simply does not start. But CS2 (VAC), Dota, Steam, Epic, and Battle.net work without issues. If you play on FACEIT or in Valorant, take Classic 11 or GamePro based on Classic 11. We always ask where you play before we start.

We know what we touch, and we have tested it on 11,500+ systems. On Classic 11 every change is reversible; nothing is deleted, only disabled. If you are not happy with the result, everything is restored with a reinstall. The system stays usable and updatable, not gaming-only. Stability matters more to us than pretty benchmark numbers.

Yes, remote work needs access to your desktop. The connection runs over a secure channel and only for the duration of the session, while you are next to it and watching the screen. You can end the session at any moment. We do not poke around in your personal files and we do nothing without explaining it.

Of course, we encourage it. You see your own screen in real time and watch what we do. If something is unclear, ask as we go and we will explain in plain language. It is your PC, and following every action is completely normal.

No. We install original drivers for the graphics card, chipset, network, and sound, then check that the internet, audio, and input devices work. If something is missing, we add it on the spot. Before finishing we make sure together that everything is in place.

For stable operation and updates the system needs to be activated. If you have your own license, we use it. If you do not have one, we will suggest a working option during the discussion. We always go over this point before we start.

Yes, there is always a way back. If CustomX does not suit you for any reason, we will install the regular clean Classic 11 system. No one locks you into one option forever. The main thing is to discuss it in advance so we can keep the data you need.

The higher the frequencies, the more heat, so cooling headroom matters. On a weak cooler a serious overclock makes no sense; the chip will overheat and drop its frequencies. First we look at temperatures in the current state. Sometimes good case airflow and decent thermal paste are enough, sometimes a better cooler is worth considering. We do not push into the red without adequate cooling.

Done properly, no. We keep voltages and temperatures within safe ranges and verify every mode with stress tests for stability, so there are no crashes in games. We look not for a record but for a reliable everyday profile. If the hardware or power supply will not allow safe overclocking, we will say so honestly and not take the risk.

These are memory profiles that enable its rated frequency and timings. Without them memory often runs at a reduced base speed, even if you bought a fast kit. XMP is the profile for Intel platforms, EXPO is the AMD equivalent. Enabling the profile is already the first safe step toward smoothness; we do this and, if needed, fine-tune the timings by hand.

With laptops there is less room, but some things really work. Manufacturers usually limit processor frequency overclocking, memory overclocking is available on about 40% of models, while undervolting, cleaning the cooling system, and the right power limits often give more than an aggressive overclock.
