Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Индивидуальный предприниматель Попов Евгений Сергеевич, trading as MISSOUT (the "controller", "we", "us"), handles personal data when you use our website and order our remote PC optimization service.

What data we collect
- Contact details you give us: email, Telegram username and ID, Discord username and ID.
- Order and chat data: the service you choose, ticket, server and channel identifiers, messages, attachments and their timestamps when you contact us through Discord or Telegram.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies and similar identifiers.
We do not collect or store your card or payment details: payments by international customers are handled by FunPay (see section 06).
Why we use your data
- To contact you and provide the service you ordered, and to give support.
- To run and improve the website (web analytics).
- To protect against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
Discord and Telegram data is used only to operate tickets, orders and support. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or user profiling, or use message content to train AI models.
Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Performance of a contract - to provide the service you ordered and communicate with you.
- Your consent, where required by applicable law - for non-essential cookies and web analytics; you can control or remove them in your browser.
- Legitimate interests - to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- Legal obligation - where the law requires us to keep or disclose data.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and the Yandex Metrica web-analytics tool to understand how the site is used and to improve it. The cookie notice explains their use; you can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings or remove saved cookies at any time.
Yandex Metrica is operated by Yandex and is subject to Yandex's own privacy terms.
Who we share data with
We share data only as needed to run the service, with:
- Yandex (Yandex Metrica) - web analytics.
- Telegram and Discord - when you contact us there; they act under their own privacy policies.
- FunPay - the third-party platform that processes payments and refunds for international customers, under its own policy.
- Hosting, content-delivery and storage providers that keep the website and support service running.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
International data transfers
We are based in Russia, and some data (including web-analytics data via Yandex Metrica) is processed and stored outside the European Economic Area, in Russia, which is not covered by an EU adequacy decision. Where this applies to EU users, we rely on your explicit consent and on the necessity of processing to provide the service you requested. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep data
Order, payment and refund data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, handle warranty support or disputes, and meet legal obligations. Account, contact, chat and attachment data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after account deletion or withdrawal of consent, unless we must retain it by law. The mo_cookie_notice cookie is kept for one year. Data that the site saves in browser local storage (such as a contact, visitor identifier, selected service, order or ticket identifier, and chat state) remains on your device until you clear the site's browser data; resetting an order clears part of its context.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any right, email missoutgg@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”, “Data access” or “Data correction”, and include your Discord ID or username, email and order number where available. Do not send passwords, tokens or payment-card details.
We may request additional information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. A deletion request applies to data under our control; Discord, Telegram, banks and payment platforms handle their own copies under their respective policies.
If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data: limited access, secure communication channels and keeping data only with the providers listed above. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take care to protect your information.
Children
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
