Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how MISSOUT (based in Russia, the "controller", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use our website and order our remote PC optimization service.

What data we collect
- Contact details you give us: email, Telegram username, Discord username.
- Order and chat data: the service you choose and the messages you exchange with us.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies and similar identifiers.
We do not collect or store your card or payment details: payments by international customers are handled by FunPay (see section 06).
Why we use your data
- To contact you and provide the service you ordered, and to give support.
- To run and improve the website (web analytics).
- To protect against fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

- Performance of a contract - to provide the service you ordered and communicate with you.
- Your consent - for non-essential cookies and web analytics; you can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests - to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- Legal obligation - where the law requires us to keep or disclose data.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and the Yandex Metrica web-analytics tool to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Non-essential analytics cookies are loaded only after you give consent through the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.
Yandex Metrica is operated by Yandex and is subject to Yandex's own privacy terms. We keep IP masking enabled where available.
Who we share data with
We share data only as needed to run the service, with:
- Yandex (Yandex Metrica) - web analytics.
- Telegram and Discord - when you contact us there; they act under their own privacy policies.
- FunPay - the third-party platform that processes payments and refunds for international customers, under its own policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that keep the website running.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
International data transfers
We are based in Russia, and some data (including web-analytics data via Yandex Metrica) is processed and stored outside the European Economic Area, in Russia, which is not covered by an EU adequacy decision. Where this applies to EU users, we rely on your explicit consent and on the necessity of processing to provide the service you requested. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep data
We keep contact and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and to handle support or disputes, and then delete it. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Yandex Metrica. We do not keep data longer than necessary.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out). To exercise any right, email missoutgg@gmail.com; we respond within one month.
If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data: limited access, secure communication channels and keeping data only with the providers listed above. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take care to protect your information.
Children
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
