Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my files during the reinstall?

No. Before we start we save everything important to a separate drive or partition: files, game settings, configs. Once the install is done we put it all back. Keeping your own backup never hurts.

How long does it take?

Between 45 and 90 minutes online. It depends on your internet speed and the amount of data to back up. The full cycle from request to result: usually ~24 hours.

Can the changes be rolled back?

Every setting is reversible. Nothing is deleted, only disabled. Any component can be brought back. In all this time not a single client has asked for it.

I have a laptop. Does it work?

Yes. We account for the specifics of mobile hardware: we tune the power modes, optimize thermals, and balance performance against temperature. The manufacturer warranty stays intact.
